    After updating the software and restarting, the issues should be gone.

    If I understand your query, its how to delete items from the "Structures built" ?

    On the Nation Sheet / Inventory tab, there is a list of all kingdom structures.

    In theory, the GM should be able to right click and DELETE any of these ...
    (even confirmed in the code its set to allow ADD or DEL actions)

    however, it appears the DELETE option is suppressed / no longer visible.

    Short term, since you are on a new setup you might simply start a new campaign;
    or use the OPTIONS > DEBUG menu "Clear Nation Meta Data" to reset the list of structures.

    Long term; I will need to dig into this further, to understand why its no longer allowing deletions.
    My hunch is that the underlying core rpg code has somehow changed in the last year.

    ADD FREE BUILDING
    The GM can add free buildings to quickly "fill out" a new or existing settlement.

    The quickest method is for GM to open the Nation Data > Buildings tab.
    Expand the building you want to add (the link button on left side of the list)

    Then (hidden secret follows) the GM clicks on the "checkbox" in middle of the record;
    This unlocks a "_________________" (text field) were you can enter a Settlement name.

    If it matches an existing settlement, it turns green and hitting the check button adds it.
    (its added directly to the Nation Sheet > Inventory tab)

    DELEGATING
    unfortunately, the permissions are a very difficult challenge to address.
    by design, everything is read only except to the host / GM.
    so currently, delegating is not an option ...

    however, for things like rolling the resource dice or making a nation action check ...
    there is a system in place that allows all users to participate (its OOB magic).

    Thank you a lot, we manage to roll the First turn, successfully now I need to make a cheat sheet of what we can and cannot do.

    I still haven't rly understand all of it.
    basically how to start building a house and when the roll is successfull if it add by itself or if the GM has to add it and correct the ressources
    Or maybe to finalize when you finish the rurn ?

    Again thank you for the rapid fix and answers !
