AD&D 1e and 2E Character generator wizard

I am using FGU, I have all of the core sets and all of the race books, class specific books and the players guides, yet I can not see a character wizard to roll up new characters.

New to FG and hoping it is available and this is just a NOOB thing.

Please assist

Strange enough, I see a generator wizard for 5E, but don't really find one on the 2E version. Is it even supposed to work like that?!

No, the character wizard is very very specific to the ruleset and the game ruleset. Smiteworks had a dev working on that solely for a long period of time. The complexity of the 5e system might be why they decided to do that?
