    refund for products

    I was wanting to know what is the timeline for being able to get refunds for products purchased. And how do I put in for the refunds.

    Time Zone: UTC -6 / CST
    Day of week: Flexible
    Time: Flexible
    Term: Long Term or Short Term
    Voice: Yes / Discord
    Game System Preferred: Anything available
    Game System Experience: 5e, 3.5E,2.5E, 2E, 1E, Rifts, Paladium, Heroes unlimited, and CoC
    Fantasy Grounds Experience: 100+hrs

    If you purchased on the Fantasy Grounds store, and are within the 30 days refund period, use the support portal to request a refund: https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassia...stomer/portals
