Windows 11 - Audio Problem

I have Windows 11 and I'm having problems with the audio, the system is the same and until this morning the audio came out and appeared in the Windows test devices when I got home and checked for updates, I verified that the audio is not reproduced.. ..Roll of die audio.

What do you get when you type /dicevolume in chat?

Nothing has changed in the application; so it's most likely some setting on your machine. In addition to Trenloe's suggestion, try rebooting your machine, and verifying that the default audio setting is working in your OS otherwise.

When you open an app that can play sound, it loads into the Volume Mixer so I can use the device of my choice (TV, High Definition Audio or USB Device).
When you open Fantasy Grounds for a few seconds the name Unity playback engine appears which soon changes to the friendly name Fantasy Grounds.
But since yesterday without having touched anything this doesn't happen anymore and my divolume is on and at volume 100.
Since I couldn't resolve this even by reinstalling the application, I'm going to resort to formatting....

Problem solved!
I uninstalled Fantasy Grounds
I deleted the folders
I removed it from the Registry (Regedit) by following the process of locating the following:
Smiterworks
Fantasy Grounds
Unity Playback Engine
I restarted the PC
I reinstalled Fantasy Grounds
And there it was back in the Windows 11 Volume Mixer.
