Just pushed hot fix to address lighting visibility shaders not working correctly.

Just pushed hot fix to address black/red screen after resizing image window; and color choices not restoring correctly between campaigns.

Just pushed another hot fix which rolls back the image fixes which were causing new issues. We're going to get them back in-house for more testing and fixing.
