    [Bug] Arcane Backgrounds and Powers not linking properly after loading module

    Issue

    When loading the 50 Fathoms GM module (SWADE), the NPC powers are not properly linked against their skills and no Arcane Background is attached.

    Workaround

    Then doing a /reload everything seems to fix itself.
    The same holds true when the module is loaded at the start of the campaign already.

    Steps to Reproduce

    1. Start fresh campaign.
    2. Load SWADE modules (Player, GM)
    3. Load 50 Fathoms GM module
    4. Open "Octopon, Warlock"

    Notes
    I'm not entirely sure if this is unique to 50 Fathoms as I do not have the same problem with my own module.

    This is possibly related to the way Ikael "hacked" a fix onto all older modules when he changed how Arcane Backgrounds are loaded, I am unsure how to fix it if I am honest, I may have to rebuild the whole SWEL file.
    My players just defeated an army, had a dogfight with aliens, machine-gunned the zombies, stormed the tower, became Legendary and died heroically

    Yeah, I'm not saying it's up to you to fix this necessarily - not sure if this is on your or Ikael's end...there is a workaround, so it's not super urgent. I imagine most people won't unload the module once their campaign starts, like, ever.

    Could be worth it to compare the "old" XML to freshly generated, just to see if something jumps out. Might be an easy fix, might be something that has to be done on ruleset level.
