How do we de-level a character that has been over leveled?

I have had people accidentally over level their character resulting in the HP's being too high and I cannot seem to find a way to de-level or remove excess HP's. How do I go about accomplishing this?

Under the Misc area on the character sheet, the HP received during level up is available and can be adjusted.
