Thread: Group Tokens

    Group Tokens

Is there a method for grouping tokens together for movement? In other words... have multiple tokens grouped so that you can move them as a single unit?

On the top of any image (map) you'll see a little icon called 'selection mode'. Click it and then, using the left mouse button and hold, draw a box around the tokens you want to move and then release the mouse button. You'll now be able to move all of the tokens as one.

I believe you can also use CTRL or Shift to multi-select tokens before moving them.

As a follow up - I was having an issue with actually moving the tokens as a group once selected. Turns out, if you are using the Critically Awesome Essentials extension, then once you have the group selected, you also need to hold the SHIFT while moving the group. Otherwise, you only grab one of the tokens. Just FYI.

And don't forget, if dragging the group, or even a single token, holding the Shift key will allow you to drag them through walls and such without revealing the map to the players.
