How do I create a new item entry?

There is no option for "new item" on the item menu, how do we create them? Thanks in advance for any advice.

You may have to elaborate on what you are referring to when you say item menu. I will assume that it's from the sidebar and if that is the case, there is a '+' button on the window that will add an item to the list or you can right click and choose create item. Have you checked out the basic guides on our wiki? There is also some specific information for the ruleset as well there.
