Player Map Auto Size To Grid broken by FGU v4.2.0?
Hi All,
I'm not sure if I'm the only one affected by this, or even if the problem is the extension or FGU itself: since the FGU v4.2.0 upgrade, I cant use Trenloe's extension to resize maps - I get a full crash to desktop of FGU after the error popup in the screenshot.

Things I've tried without success:
- Rerunning the /tvsize command in a campaign where this previously worked
- Starting a new campaign with nothing else loaded
- Trying a new campaign with a different ruleset
- Use this on various different map images
Any ideas?

If this is happening without the extension loaded then it's your installation that's the issue. Your library files likely need reinstalling. Here's a link to what you need to install https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forum...l=1#post577891
If there is something that you would like to see in Fantasy Grounds that isn't currently part of the software or if there is something you think would improve a ruleset then add your idea here http://fgapp.idea.informer.com/

OK, I may have misread what you had tested. I read that you had tested without the extension loaded and it still crashed.

OK, I've now been able to replicate the fault in a campaign with no extensions loaded, so Trenloe's extension is not the culprit. This thread can be closed & I'll raise a new one in the Unity House of Healing forum when I've got more diagnostic information.

Did you try reinstalling the library that I linked above?

Yes, it didn't work. I've got in touch with SmiteWorks support now, as this is definitely something introduced with the new version of FGU.

It looks like your installation is missing something as I said.If there is something that you would like to see in Fantasy Grounds that isn't currently part of the software or if there is something you think would improve a ruleset then add your idea here http://fgapp.idea.informer.com/

I'll try it, but I do not think it is my installation. This was working a few days ago. The only significant change since then is the upgrade to v4.2.0
EDIT: tried it, didn't work.Last edited by ReverendJ; May 21st, 2022 at 19:23. Reason: typo

Have you checked to see if your anti virus has quarantined FGU perhaps? Or deleted and refreshed any existing rules?
