Party Sheet of a Player totally empty

Hi guys,
my last session a player of mine had this weird behavior.
I have 3 player and 2 of them seen Party Sheet correctly instead the third in the Main, Inventory and also Marching Formartion saw nothing (no PC, no items, no tokens).
IWe try to reload and update but without any result.
What could it have been?
Where can I investigate?

Are you running any extensions? If so, can you disable extensions, and have the player log in and look again.

Is the player receiving any error messages with the console popping open?

You can also post a zipped up copy of the campaign, if still an issue; and either myself or one of the other community members can give it a try.

yes I run a lot of extensions so before next session I will try to test all you have suggested me and if I'll not able to solve I come back here with the zipped campaign.
