Not Broken but Missing?
Forgive me if I am "misremembering" FG Classic. But I seem to recall being able to specify on a character sheet what numbers constituted a critical hit as well as a section to apply special dice or effects, like 1d6 extra force damage on a critical hit in 5E.
Now, running my FGU 5E campaign I find a need for several players to be able to specify a 19 or 20 as a crit and special effects or dice to go with that crit. Does that exist and I cannot find it or is it something to be added soon? As a long time player of 3.5 it seems that 5E has many more classes and features that require this type of option.
So my official suggestion for FGU is:
Ability of program to automatically determine a crit not only on 20 but at designated input such as 19-20
Program automatically rolls correct dice on non crit but then has special section to deal extra dice or effects on a crit
***and just in case the devs have time on their hands***
On a crit the players PC begins purring loudly so that players' cat comes over and rubs up against his feet gently.
THANKS for consideration and anyone posting any helpful replies so a GM can better automate this process in FGU 5E!
***I have an Ultimate License because I am THE ULtimate GM!***
*and not the slightest bit ****y*

Moved to the 5E sub-forum.
Check the D&D 5e Weapon item "properties" field detailed in the Wiki here: https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassia...reate-a-Weapon
Beyond specifying the critical range, I'm not sure about your other requests. People more familiar with the D&D 5e ruleset will hopefully help out.Private Messages: My inbox is forever filling up with PMs. Please don't send me PMs unless they are actually private/personal messages. General FG questions should be asked in the forums - don't be afraid, the FG community don't bite and you're giving everyone the chance to respond and learn!

Click on the weapon meta data (see image) and you can specify a crit range there or add extra dice on a crit. See the wiki as Trenloe points out for weapon properties. And for anything else you can used the CRIT: x effect where x is the minimum range for a crit for a specific PC roll. You can also use DMG: ndn, [<damagetype>], critical to add specific dice on a particular roll. See here for more information on such effects https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassia...tion#Modifiers
If there is something that you would like to see in Fantasy Grounds that isn't currently part of the software or if there is something you think would improve a ruleset then add your idea here https://www.fantasygrounds.com/featu...rerequests.php
