Vault or Rulesets Folder?
There might be some way to know this before buying that I'm missing, but does this ruleset download to the Vault or the Rulesets folder?

I'm not seeing it in my Rulesets folder.

It is currently vaulted (no pun intended). That is up to the publisher on it's encrypted status. Was there something you wanted to know from the code?
