[Contain Spoilers] Possible missing text on Head Shot the Rot

Maybe I'm missing something, but I'm prepping to DM Head Shot the Rot and in area A5 there is a secret door and behind a chest.

However there is no mention to neither in 1.02.07.A5. Theatre Director's Home.

I checked the reference manual and also couldn't find.

Could someone help me on this information?

Looking at my PDF of the adventure....that secret door is only there because the designer forgot to put a door into that bedroom. (the pdf doesn't show any secret door there, just a room with no way in?)
