How to adjust text offset in reference manual custom frame

I am creating reference manual using the Builder (and it is awesome ). I am trying to replicate the printed material as much as possible and created a frame that has much thick borders compared to all defaults used in the CoreRPG and the converted content.

Is there a way to adjust the text offset from the borders when this frame is used without overwriting classes and maintaining my own set of reference manual code (even if I could identify which one to do).

Or what I have to do to make this border works?

The past is a rudder to guide us, not an anchor to hold us back.

There is not a way to do this in the reference manual. The frames have a fixed offset.
