    Frame-rate dependet token movement

This is not per se a bug but might be.

Normally, most things interacting with frame-rates (videogames for example) handle movement not depending on frame-rate.
The locked token movement on maps seems to handle this depending on the frame-rate with a surprise.

Map with lighting, line of sight and so on. One token is moving, only the GM is connected. The token is running the exact same 500 feet.
I've got a 75 Hz FreeSync monitor getting 75 FPS on vsync 1.

    vsync time (s)
    0 ~16
    1 ~20
    4 ~25

I would argue movement should be the same, no matter how many FPS one has.
The suprising thing is that 60 FPS is significantly faster than 75 FPS.
Maybe one of the "lag" culprits?

I"ll raise the issue to @cpinder to see if he has any thoughts; but he is in the middle of another project.

    Sure, thanks!
Just wanted to get that out because the difference in time felt strange.
