High Dexterity Reaction Adjustment not automatically adjusting Surprise

For example, base surprise is 3, PC has 18 Dex (+2 Reaction Adjustment), but Surprise still showing 3. Do I need to adjust manually?

This is what I see when I make a surprise check.

If you mean the "MOD" and "TEMP" fields in the combat section, those are for the PC to make custom adjustments for whatever need there might be. It doesn't list a dex mod there. It's calculated and applied at roll time.

I guess I need to manually modify Surprise from 3 to 2 because of the +1 to Reaction Adjustment for a 16 DEX.

How do I get my screen shots to just show up in chat like yours?

Look at Celestian's screenshot of the roll again. The ruleset is taking into account the adjustment, just not where/how you're expecting or looking for it.
