Weapon Speed Factor
Is there anything in the works to add speed factor initiative modifiers to the 5E ruleset in FGU?

There are no plans to add speed factor initiative option at this time.

You could probably do this on the character sheet, by adding a group of effects that expires every round, or that never expires (in the case of a size).
When the player decides their action, they hit the button that corresponds to which action they're taking, then you reroll initiative every round. The effect should wear off once the round is over on its own, resetting it back to the normal initiative.
