Dice roll

Is there a way to create a dice roll where if you roll a 1 or 2 it counts as a 3?

There is not a built-in way to do that, but it could be built as an extension to modify existing systems to override the handling at the end of a roll.

Some rulesets have a Reroll, function, were it will reroll the die on a 1 (or 2), but not fix the value.
