If you are familiar with audio pipe you can probably direct sound from the player to discord with that. Since that setup will pump any sound played on the computer through the virtual cable to discord.

I'm not familiar with the Discord system, all tabletop games I've played with friends or family were offline so I can't recommend anything specific. I found this post on reddit, maybe it will help:
