KNK still works for items. It's not working for spells, but you can do a workaround. Drag the spell to a character and edit its actions there, and then drag it back to the spells record list, and delete the old spell. Likewise, you can create new spells/powers in a character and drag them to the spells records list. As for the errors, just use the "/console skip" command in the chatbox to have FGU not pop up the console for errors.

So I have the newest version to Friend zone, but I get this error when I open an NPC link

So its for sure Friend zone. When I turned it off I don't get those errors anymore.
