Hi & welcome. Probably the best initial thing to do is to tell people what time zone you are in so they have an idea of whether or not their game is even feasible for you - members are from around the world and so you'll often discover that they're playing at 3am local time.

As for the book, is it a D20 supplement?

I have a pretty open scedule as far as times go but i do live in gmt-8. The book is d20 but not by wizzards it says valar project inc if that means anything I am new to both dnd and fg so you will have to excuse me if i say something stupid.

There's no such thing as "something stupid." New to role-playing also isn't much of a problem. The main issue is that there appears (and keep in mind that I'm new to Fantasy Grounds too) that there are a fairly large # of players with FG, but very few GMs. Thus, games are in pretty high demand and there aren't a lot of options at any one time. However, the community is constantly growing.

You also need to realize that you might have great difficulty finding a game that involves erotic situations and material. With internet games there is no way to tell who is on the other side of the gaming table and thus few people are going to risk running or playing a game that could involve (unknown to them) minors because of the potential legal ramifications. I have been GMing for a very long time, including over a decade online, and I wouldn't touch a game involving adult situations with the proverbial 10-foot pole unless I personally knew each of the players. It's just too risky IMHO.

I don't mean to discourage you but I would suggest dipping your toe into the role-playing waters with something a little less risqué. It sounds like you're looking for something a little outside the typical "I kill the dragon and take this armor" type of game and you might find a non-D20 based game to your liking. That doesn't mean D20 can't be used to run those games, just that it's not necessarily a great system for it. There are a lot better systems for role-playing relationships, interaction, intrigue, etc. If this is what you have in mind, I would be more than happy to suggest some possibilities.

Like Waldo, I've been running games a long time and I would not touch running anything that risqué over the internet - the whole minors, local standards of decency, sexual harassment and child pornography legal morass – make it just too much a problem to run.

Aside from the problem above, you are looking for a niche game of a niche game. D&D and d20 in the current incarnation have returned, at least mechanically, to its miniature gaming roots which is pretty far from a setting you are looking for. And the farther from the norm the harder it is to find a game like you want.

It works that way with game systems too. D&D/d20 is the most popular system so it is easiest to find a game in it. I think you might find some of the White Wolf games more interesting than D&D for example and they are also pretty popular.

This is a bit off-topic in terms of finding a FG game, but I think the original poster might find it interesting:

Here's a list of some well-regarded indie games that are designed around relationships (romantic and otherwise). Most of these are very rules "lite" in terms of game mechanics and much more about role-playing within the boundaries of the game's setting.

Ah yes, I had forgotten all about Blue Rose. That also would be a good choice from what I've heard/read.
