Line of sight issue - Players only

Good day everyone

I have been all over the boards on this one and tried to fix a line of sight issue that is only affecting my PCs, not the NPCs.

The map is from the purchased module for the Ghosts of Saltmarsh, Chapter 6, the Final Enemy, map "Fortress-One-Players".

I tried removing the PCs from the map, unsharing and resharing after. I also had the PCs delete their files on their PCs but that didn't help.

I had to allow the players to see the entire map for them to see anything at all (all they had was a black screen).

Here are the settings for the map that allows the PCs to see everything along with screen captures showing the line of sight for the NPCs and the PCs.

Thanks in advance and I want to fix this before we go to the second level.

Welcome to FG.

You have lighting switched on so if your players don't have any lighting (either special vision like darkvision or torches etc) then all they will see is a black map.
