    You can do that now for descriptive effects that don't have any automated effect. Just add an effect to the PC/NPC in the combat tracker and then type in a description and in the first number field add the number of rounds. The 3rd number field will specify when the round counter reduces based on the initiative.

    Oh yeah, I forgot about that. To used to complicated to remember easy.
