Max RP Keeps Resetting to the Wrong Number

Anyone know how to fix this? In that I cannot manually edit the Max RP#, I drag a # over to the box and/or play with the MOD# to set it at the correct #, but it eventually will revert to the wrong #. Also, I put in for a rest for the character, but that does not seem to work.

Can you export the character in question and share it? Would help in diagnosing the issue.

I imported the character and it's showing the correct RP
