Darkvision seeing through areas of darkness

I am having issues where i would add more than one spot of darkness to cover multiple hallways, and as soon as i would add the 2nd darkness light effect, my character with dark vision could see right through the areas of darkness until they were physically in the areas, once the character token was in the darkness they couldnt see anything like i imagine its supposed to be. If it was one point of darkness they could not see through it from outside.

This is D&D 5e ruleset if it matters.

Darkness is experimental and may not work as expected - see the patch notes.

Thanks for the report. We'll be taking a look at any darkness light reports when we can, but we're prioritizing any non-darkness issues at this point.
