Token effect lighting not working

Following the wiki guide, I'm not seeing any changes when I add an effect-based light to a token. If I use the lighting panel and add a token vision or light through that, it works fine.

Simple campaign with no extensions and only 5e Storm King's Thunder module loaded. I've added a dummy torch light off to the left for reference.

Just including evidence that it works fine with a light added from the lighting panel, just not with effects.

Okay nevermind. Kelrugem pointed out I had unpacked 5e and Core and that was overriding. After cleaning up my unpacked rulesets it's working beautifully!
