Can it be played where characters are live at the table and do no login? all FG actions entered by GM?
Can you do manual rolls as the players like the feel of REAL dice?
Can maps, charcter sheets, etc.. be exported/printed for the table top?

Yes, you can enter dice manually via the manual dice entry option and yes the DM can control everything.

No, you cannot print out maps.
