FAQ on subscriptions link broken

Note that the store link for FGU FAQ on subscriptions seems to be broken. Goes to a restricted area on customer support site.

Thanks for the heads-up, graphil. Can you give me a direct URL or path to how you go to the error? Screenshots are helpful as well.
All the links for the FAQ I can find on the website menu lead to:

Go to Store Shop. Then under FGU standard, select See details. Then near the bottom by the read first is the link.
It goes to
