    My Campaign migrated from FGC to FGU and one of my players could not connect

    Hello there.

    So we migrated campaign last week from FGC to FGU and one of my players using Windows 8.1 could not connect.

    Here details:

    Could it be because his windows 8.1 has not been updated since many months?

    We all adviced him to get Windows 10, would it be a solution?

    p.p.s. My players connecting first time to the FGU game, copied from FGC, 4 years campaign going on, some took like 20 minutes to connect. Is this due to the shared files loading again in FG Unity?

    The error is usually fixed by installing the Visual C++ distributable. Get the 64-bit package - details in this post: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forum...l=1#post459814
