Healing (and other) potions w/ amount tracking

Hello all! I hope this finds you well.

I'm new to PF2 and FGU. I'm actually helping our GM to use FGU and tell the others players how to use it, but I guess I'm missing something important:

How does one use a healing potion? And other effect potions and items, such as Haste, Enlarge, and such?

But mostly healing potions. And - IMPORTANT - handle the amount of each, keeping the track of pots used and owned.

    Thanks in advance. Cheers!

Like this for the effects of healing (or whatever) under its own category (in this case Special Items)

And just keep track of the number of potions in the inventory
"When questing once in noble wood of gray medieval pine, I came upon a tomb, rain-slicked, rubbed cool, ethereal, its inscription long vanished, yet still within its melancholy fissures."

Poetry is pretty good for RPGs

Here is one of the passages (from Shakespeare edited down and altered) I used in game when I played a Bard once (Just before a fight ; Inspire Courage Spell),

If any extension developer for PFRPG2 has the inclination to port it, Advanced Character Inventory Manager is available for PFRPG and makes this stuff a lot easier.
