Critical hits against multiple targets don't include damage dice in the damage roll

I thought this used to work differently, but I could be remembering wrongly.

FGU version: latest updated, 5E ruleset v2021-02-01
    OS: Windows 10, US English

    1) State:
    a) Brand new 5E campaign, no extensions loaded, Player's Handbook and Monster Manual modules only
    b) 1 PC: Barbarian named "Duuh", crit range 19-20, 1 extra crit dice, greatsword, battleaxe, created with Character Wizard (added Eldritch Blast to check casting too)
    c) 2 NPCs: Acolyte, Abominable Yeti (straight from Monster Manual, modified HP to 9999)
    d) PC and NPCs are in the combat tracker

    2) How to recreate the issue:
    a) Turn manual dice rolls on (though it does the same thing when the crit range is changed to 2-20 so crits are almost guaranteed)
    b) PC targets BOTH Acolyte and Abominable Yeti
    c) Roll attack (via double click) with Battleaxe and enter 20 for both attack rolls
    d) Roll damage (via double click)

In this case, the chat window indicates a critical hit against both targets, but when the damage is rolled, no critical dice are added to the damage. The same behavior is seen with spells like eldritch blast.

The information in the Manual Dice Entry window shows:

    Roll Type: Damage
    Expression: 1d8+3
Description: [DAMAGE (M)] Battleaxe [TYPE: slashing (1d8+3)(strength)(1)()]
    Roller: Duuh
    Targets: Acolyte, Abominable Yeti

    .. and 1 d8 to enter a value for

This behavior is also seen for spells like eldritch blast.

Attacking one target results in everything working as expected.

    Thanks!
    Jeff.
