Returned after almost a year and can't seem to load campaign

I havent played since june last year and was looking into trying again after the client had gotten some more updates.
When I tried loading the campaign to start reading up and working, it all came up empty.
Tried removing the rulesets and updating again as was mentioned in another post.

After messing about for a while this is the error message I am currently getting. Although for all I know this is just the errors I have caused messing about :\
Anyone know what I can do to recover my campaign or what I might need to include for for anyone to know what might be the problem?

I'm unsure what those are and how I go about updating them :P

When I open the folder in fantasy grounds it says
fate-blankskill.ext
Theme_dungeon.ext
Theme_simple_brown.ext
Theme_simgple_gray.ext
Theme_swu.ext
Theme_swu_dark.ext
Theme_wood.ext

Cant recall ever doing anything with these

That application version is 10 months old - as of right now you should be on v4.0.10 (2021-02-04).

It looks like your rulesets have updated, but not the application.

Run another update and see if that corrects the application version. If not, click the "Settings" button and go to the Advanced tab - look at the "App Directory" location and go that that directory and delete FantasyGrounds.exe and run another update - hopefully that will download the most recent application version.

This fixed it. I had already tried updating it multiple times, but seemed I just needed 1 more
