I'm not aware of an example.
You'll need to draw each level on different layers. If there is something that you would like to see in Fantasy Grounds that isn't currently part of the software or if there is something you think would improve a ruleset then add your idea here https://www.fantasygrounds.com/featu...rerequests.php

Be aware, if you draw the levels on different layers and overlap them with one another, you won't be able to have characters on both levels at the same time (without issues).
Personally, I put different levels on the same map, but don't overlap them at all. IMO it's the cleanest if splitting the party is a possibility.

Put each level in a folder and then use the buttons at the side of the folder to toggle through the hide options (visible to all/GM/invisible)

If this is in Unity you could draw a wall LOS frame around each level's map to corral the tokens and limit their vision. I'm pretty sure that if you place their tokens before you share the map, that will prevent them from moving outside the bounds of the level they're on too.

put them on separate maps. if it matters only share each map directly with the participants on that map.
