Multiple GMs using the same account
I play with a group and we generally switch out the roll of GM. During the Covid crap and my ability to have to continually work through it, we are trying to keep our games going. We generally have a GM for a few sessions and then switch. I picked up Fantasy Grounds Unity to try out for 3 months and have been playing around with it. Really like it for the automation and taking some of the headache of keeping track of everything.
What I would like to know is if we change GMs can I give them my login information to get the content that is purchased for them to DM and me login as a Demo user? This will be the same group and will probably share the costs of purchases for the main account.

No, that usage is not allowed per our End User License Agreement. Accounts using it in that way are periodically shut down.

For rotating GM groups, often the best deal is getting FG full licenses instead of the ultimate one. Steam has a 4 pack bundle, get 4 fulls for the price of 3 - which is cheaper than an ultimate license - that might fit your group better.

And you can send the campaign data to the new GM via Drive or Dropbox or something similar.

Thanks for the info, but it's not the cost of the software, it is the cost of the books. We all have hard copies of the PHB and I have the hard copies of the Monster Manual and DMs guide and a few others. We share the monster manual and DMs guide for regular table games. Is this possible somehow using Fantasy Grounds?

Remember, you don't have to buy the books if you don't want to. The essential rules and a large number of monsters are available in the SRD, which is free. The players at your table can always just look to the physical books they have and add what is needed to FG piece by piece.
It's very convenient to have the modules in FG, but not required to get your game going. What I did was buy the bare necessities then over time fill out my collection as things went on sale.

Thanks all for the help. I think just being able to move the campaign data will be fine and we can swap out the hard copies for the DMs to use. Is there any difference in the Steam version vs. the download here?

The product is identical on Steam and FG.
When you swap GMs - say the new GM is running Storm King Thunder - they would just add that module to their collection.
When you swap again and the new GM is running Aquisitions Incorporated - they would just add that module.
You might find that each GM only needs a PHB and an Adventure.
