    Adding Organizations

I was wondering if there was any way of adding new Data types on the Lookup Data. I wanted to add organizations such as the Pathfinder Society and Hellknights to my campaign.

    Welcome to FG

Try this extension - I haven't tested to see it it works in PF2 but it's Core based so I think it should. https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forum...ency-Extension
If there is something that you would like to see in Fantasy Grounds that isn't currently part of the software or if there is something you think would improve a ruleset then add your idea here https://www.fantasygrounds.com/featu...rerequests.php

Lookup data is primarily a way of allowing GMs to add data of a specific format that the ruleset code is expecting. Whereas you could use it for other records, it wouldn't really be easy to view and there wouldn't be any additional functionality with it. For things like this it's much easier, and more flexible, to make a story entry and share that with the player's involved. They can drag the link to it into the Notes -> Misc section of their PC sheet for future access.

Or, you could use the reference manual page from the relevant organization in the Lost Omens Character Guide product. Drag the link to this to the Notes -> Misc section as mentioned above...

So I don't own the Lost Omens Character Guide, but that Reference document seems to be kind of what I want. Is it possible to create something like that without buying the guide? Alternatively is it editable if I do buy the guide?

At the moment you can't really create reference documents inside FG and reference pages are not currently editable.

You can do most of what you see in the story entry - you just can't embed the graphic (but you can link to an image) and can't do the graphical frame. Everything within the frame you can do in an editable story entry.
