Is there a way that I can remove wounded in an effect

eg IF wounded remove wounded?

I don't think that there is an equivalent of remove as a key word

No, "Wounded" is a state (i.e. Wounds > 0) that can be queried using conditional tags in effects. There is no way to override it.
