Tokens work very differently. Even the shared ones are no longer transfered. Ask your players if they are getting notices that files are not transfering. I noticed that in the first few of my games there was a fair but low percentage amount of tokens not transfering successfully and it was different tokens for different people. Eventually over the course of several games this seemed to stop.
