Remove only subset of CoC 7e ruleset

I just finished a module containing french version of all CoC spell. I was wondering if there was an easy and clean way to deactivate (or make invisible) spells in CoC 7e ruleset to avoid having doubles for spell in english and french.

In most rulesets, you can just unload the module that the data came from in the Library->Modules window.

Yes I know. My question was about a subset of ruleset not the whole ruleset

Did your PCs become spellcasters?
What might work for you is creating a Note and sharing it publicly.
Share each spell that they have access to and the drag into the Note.
Call it Arcane de la folie and get the sanity checks happening
