Please Help! - Double Issued Licenses
This night (JST/GMT+9), I ordered 5 lite licenses for my gaming group in bundle, and the first time I entered my payment details, I got a message saying that errors had occcured while proccessing , so I went back to the "store" page, and try to order from the first step, and this second time I succeeded and got the information of 5 lite licenses on the screen (order id 3227).
But, after I finished the first testing session with the 5 lite licenses with my friends online tonight, I've noticed that I received two emails from you.
The first email is unknown 5 lite licenses that I never saw while the online ordering procedure on your "store" page. And the second email contains the very information of the 5 licenses I ordered online tonight.
Was I charged twice to get the 5 licenses because of the failed ordering procedure in the first time?
If so, what should I do to recover the unwilling order/payment of the unused set of 5 lite licenses?Last edited by thiha; May 17th, 2007 at 18:33.
