Bug - Paste long passages awkward

Previously if I wrote text into a note I could scroll through the entire note. Now if I past more than a normal paragraph I can't scroll through the rest elegantly. I get to the end of the window and have to use the arrow keys right. Is there a new behavior for quantities of text in the Note Function?
What is this field length and can it be made bigger?
