I discovered that on store page both are listed at full price, but in cart standard does discount while ultimate does now.
I included as much detail as i could for them as it does seem like a site glitch of some kind.

It was intended to be on sale 10% for the Ultimate as well, but it wasn’t. It was fixed earlier today. If you purchased without the discount, please email support and they can refund you the difference. Sorry.
