I have issues running an NPC as a player with LOS

because with LOS enabled, sometimes I can't see the NPC to move them. How can I switch to an NPC (and have the NPC view) so that if I'm out of the player view, I can see as the NPC and move?

Currently the DM is having to run the NPC because of this.

DM has to set the option "Party Vision" to "On"
This will allow all players to see all LOS for all PCs and friendly tokens, as well as allowing players to move friendly NPCs.
