    Porting over self made content for /from FGC to FGU

    Hey I make a lot if hombrew content on FGC by using engineer suite made by Masqq..the modules ife made will not work in FGU. Is there a convertee or something in do I wrong? D&d 5e content.

    As far as I know that suite zips the files wrongly, you can unzip it and rezip it using the Windows zipping

    There is also a replacement for that since Maasq stopped working on it, I think. But 5e folk needs to answer here

    Pretty sure Kel is right. There are only 2 major reasons content modules don't port from FGC to FGU.

    1) comments added don't comply with FGU/XML standard but were accepted in FGC. I don't think Engineer Suite did his.

    2) Zipping. FGC accepted more zip formats/options than FGU does. I'm pretty sure this is the issue with Engineer Suite modules and the solution is as Kelrgem states, unzip and re-zip using Windows compression, don't zip the folder, only the contents.

    Wasn't there a guy who took over for Maasq and developing a new version? Saw talks about it but never found proof to confirmed it.
