Can't Update/ Can't Uninstall

I have recently installed FGU on a laptop. I installed for one user only, didn't really think about it. Fact is, there is only one user in the laptop anyway.

Since the beginning, I had issues to update the program. Today, I have been trying to update it, and it's simply not possible, even if I open as Admin. It keeps saying that it might need Admin access, tries to Fix Permissions, but nothing happens after that.

I figured this could be a user issue, so I was going to uninstall and reinstall to all users. I cannot uninstall. It gets stuck at the 12% bar.

Very frustrating. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Just delete the installation folder and reinstall. That should work I think.
