Custom Backgrounds button missing

I create a new CoC campaign and I would like to change the background.. When I go to library there is no button to add for backgrounds. I have tried clicking all but its still not there.. I am using FG classic.. Any advise would be great! buttons.JPG

There are no buttons to change the wallpaper, this is controlled by the ruleset or the loaded extension. The only button available is for the decals, which is in the Options menu.

Creating an extension with just a single new decal is quite easy (although obviously a UI button would be even easier):
