Adding a vote for this too. In FGC, we use it frequently from chat to the CT to correct mistakes, but also from the modifier box to inventory treasure to modify coin amounts without having to math.

I would also agree that this would be great to have resolved. But as an engineer myself, I completely understand how Priority lists work. It would be great to have an idea of when this may be resolved (Date or Version number if Date is not likely to be available).
