Line of Sight - Additions

I would like to know if there is a possibility of adding the following as a line of sight:
Something that allows me to see through but not go through it, for example a tall or narrow window, or say a glass that prevents the passage but has a blind that allows me to see through but not to cross.
Of course, this possibility in the Beta would be legal, but if it is not possible would it be something that could be done after it was released?
