    Building Occupations

    So I am looking at making some new occupations and migrating some from older editions. Normally it is relatively straightforward, but sometimes I want to have users select from interpersonal skills (charm, fast-talk, intimidate, persuade) or select x from (4-5 skills). The default occupations have the ability to do this, how can this be applied to new occupations?

    You will need to export and then go in and edit the XML. There is an example posted by ianmward. You might have to scroll a few pages.
