Adjust chat window position
Hello.
Is there a way to put the chat window above other windows, like the image window? Or to put the chat window in the shortcut.

Not that I know of. Haven't heard of an extension that does this, but should be able to be done with an extension.

Chat is a Panel not a Window (afaik).
